The Account Manager will focus on:a) Meeting potential new customers, gaining their trust, and deriving business from them.b) Generating leads and opportunities from those engagements.c) Developing existing accounts that will be allocated to them during their probation period.Turrito already has a successful lead generation strategy, and the Account Manager will need to maximize ROI by meeting these customers and closing deals.
A successful working relationship with the Pre-Sales engineering team is standard procedure at Turrito.
These engineers are available (and rewarded) for successful client interaction and implementation of new technologies.Roles and Responsibilities:Managing existing accounts with regular communication.Achieving monthly and annual targets as per the Sales Compensation Plan (monthly meetings, pipeline growth, targets, and other related KPIs).Maintaining and developing a customer prospect pipeline for future opportunities.Meeting (physically and/or virtually) with potential new customers and explaining the Turrito value proposition to gain new business.Ensuring customers are made aware of new solutions and products that can benefit them and help them "stay ahead of the curve."Preparing reports on progress and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.Skills and Abilities:Strong ability to build trust and generate new business from cold engagements and referrals.Strong account management and relationship-building skills.Ability to stay self-motivated.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals at all organizational levels.Excellent administrative skills.Strong ability in objection handling and negotiation.Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.Expanding relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.Essential to have sales or solutions architect experience in the IT and/or telecoms industry.
