We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in plumbing or refrigeration and experience in assembling water treatment or refrigeration plants.
This role involves managing subcontractors, leading a small team, and handling procurement of materials.Key Responsibilities:Assembly and Installation:Assemble water treatment plants.Manage the installation process and ensure quality standards are met.Team Management:Lead and manage a small team of plumbers and general labourers.Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work meets project requirements.Procurement:Responsible for procuring materials needed for projects.Project Management:Work independently and manage project timelines.Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.Client Interaction:Liaise with clients as needed to provide updates and address concerns.Flexibility:Work flexible hours, including after-hours work as required.Qualifications:Trade qualification in plumbing or refrigeration.Valid driver's license.5-10 years of experience in building water treatment plants or assembling refrigeration plants.Skills and Competencies:Strong technical skills in plumbing or refrigeration.Ability to manage and lead a small team effectively.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.Personal Attributes:Self-motivated and able to work independently.Flexible and adaptable to changing project needs.Reliable and committed to meeting project deadlines.NOTE: We ONLY accept online applications.
