We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a background in plumbing or refrigeration and experience in assembling water treatment or refrigeration plants.
This role involves managing subcontractors, leading a small team, and handling procurement of materials.
Key Responsibilities: Assembly and Installation: Assemble water treatment plants.
Manage the installation process and ensure quality standards are met.
Team Management: Lead and manage a small team of plumbers and general labourers.
Oversee subcontractors and ensure their work meets project requirements.
Procurement: Responsible for procuring materials needed for projects.
Project Management: Work independently and manage project timelines.
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Client Interaction: Liaise with clients as needed to provide updates and address concerns.
Flexibility: Work flexible hours, including after-hours work as required.
Qualifications: Trade qualification in plumbing or refrigeration.
Valid driver's license.
5-10 years of experience in building water treatment plants or assembling refrigeration plants.
Skills and Competencies: Strong technical skills in plumbing or refrigeration.
Ability to manage and lead a small team effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
