Technician - Shrink Wrap / Auto Filling Machines

Job Role: Technician - Auto Filling Machine Location: Germiston Contract role Always make sure the Auto filling line is running well as per the machine requirements Make sure bottles are not jamming in the filling station Make sure the filling station fills the bottles to its capacity Make sure the filling station capping is done correctly, whereby adjustments to be made if machine over tighten caps on bottles 0 scrap rate in the filling station Must be able to supervise your team to do their job correctly Control conveyor belt speed to label and from label to shrink Label has sensor and computer box – need to understand this Make sure the labels are correct on the bottles Changing roll of labels in the machine Shrink wrap machine – shrink cases must be wrapped perfectly Must be able to understand the shrink computer box and sensor Shrink blades must be cleaned and in line for cutting the plastic Must be able to do adjustments to ensure shrink machine is working correctly Changing of shrink plastic Shrink tunnel temperature must be correct to its degree to vacuum and heat seal the case End product is a case of 24 x bottle water is perfect for delivery to customer Must have leadership skills Must be able to supervise your team and working together to achieve production is successful Must be able to provide training to your team Housekeeping is essential – work station is always kept neat and tidy Safety measure are always taken in your department
