Red Ember recruitment is recruiting for a Technician for our client in Pretoria.
Installation of various video andtracking units to company standards.

Registration of these units on ourplatform/systems.

Repairs and maintenance of video andtelematics systems.

Liaising with sales personnel to checkfitment/or repair requirements.

Complete job cards for all work done ona by vehicle basis.

Use eWorks as a tool with accepted onroute and completion of onsite job cards.

Job cards to be signed by client orcontact person and if no one available technician to notify on technical groupand add to eWorks.

Attaching photos, work summary anddocuments on eworks Job Cards as per Company Process and Procedure.

Liaise with customers where required forrepairs and or troublesome installations including alerting management aboutpossible tampering.

Liaise with Stock Controller for standardstock and special stock needed for installations and repairs.

Do installations and repairs on customervehicles.

Ensure you have a complete tool set asattached list supplied by iCam.

Work hours include weekends and afterhours as per instruction from time to time. (every second weekend will be anon-duty weekend)

Attend technical meetings as required fromtime to time.

Perform stores duties as per StoresProcedures as and when required.

Perform any additional functions withinthe job portfolio as required from time to time.
