The Role On the chiller front, our York product stands out with the latest in cutting edge technology delivering increased efficiency, reliability and performance across the range. As we continue to grow our service base and provide a wide variety of chillers to the market, we are looking for an experienced technician to join the team and support both our customers and internal departments alike.
Johnson controls provides online product training, an experienced support network and an abundance of resources throughout the business to assist the successful candidate with getting up to speed as fast as possible.

This opportunity will give you autonomy and challenge you to do what you do best on a variety of projects. From building and commissioning new chillers on site to providing solutions to ensure reliability of aged equipment, you will have the opportunity and support needed to continue to develop your technical and leadership skills.
You will be responsible for: Attending to system breakdown calls and carry out scheduled preventive maintenanceProvide commissioning for Chillers/HVAC equipment on customer sitesConduct system troubleshootingCarry out overhaul and fault finding of services varying reciprocating, screw, centrifugal etc.Document relevant results of equipment and submitted accordingly to customerCustomer relationship managementAdvise and train customers in system operations The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience as a technician within related products Proven experience in maintenance, repair and troubleshooting within related fields of HVAC (Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning) or industrial coolingExperience in working in mechanical or electrical works within HVAC industryAbility to read schematics and write up report Strong written and verbal communication skillsCurrent driver's License Culture: Across our 12 branches in Australia, our employees enjoy working within JCI because there is a supportive diverse culture, with a highly skilled workforce, accessibility to world class leading products with opportunities for individual growth and progression.
