Our client, a leading software and POS solutions developing company, specifically catering to the hospitality and retail sectors, seeks to employ a Technical Writer with a background in building and configuring client-specific databases to join this progressive and expanding professional team.Please note that only candidates with relevant technical writing experience in POS or billing software will be considered.You will have a tertiary qualification in Computer Engineering or related, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in HTML and in translating technical design documents into functional database configurations, as well as configuring interfaces in line with business and financial rules.In addition, you will have experience in writing technical, training, and standard operating procedure documents, as well as being an effective communicator to collaborate with the team to meet client SLAs and project timelines.Prior experience in ZOHO CRM and Microsoft software is essential.You must have a valid driver's licence, own car, and a clear criminal and credit record.Please note that should you not be currently resident in the region and area advertised but still wish to apply, the cost of travel for interviews and relocation will be your expense.Due to the exceptionally high volume of applications, we are unable to correspond with each applicant personally; therefore, only relevant and suitable candidates will be contacted.
