Technical Workshop Manager

Qualifications: Education : Qualified diesel mechanic or similar Experience : Minimum of 5 years of experience in a workshop management role, with a strong background in taut liner/ side tipper maintenance and repair. Technical Skills : Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems, diagnostic tools, and repair techniques. Proficiency in using workshop management software. Leadership Skills : Strong leadership and team management abilities Problem-Solving Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Health and Safety : Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
