Technical Trainer - Mechanical

Job Title: Technical Trainer Job Location: Gauteng Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy and light vehicles as well as vehicle parts and experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training materials that help employees understand how to effectively conduct our vehicle inspections.
Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver technical training programs for employees - Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources - Conduct training sessions in person and virtually - Evaluate training effectiveness and make improvements as needed - Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational teams to ensure training materials are accurate and up-to-date - Provide technical support and guidance to trainees during and after training sessions - Stay current on industry trends and best practices in technical training Qualifications: - Red Seal Motor Mechanic or equivalent experience - Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical training role - Strong knowledge of Light and heavy vehicles as well as vehicle parts - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and engaging way - Proficiency in learning management systems and virtual training platforms - Strong organizational and project management skills - Qualified Examiner of Vehicles Diploma will be an advantage Join our team and help us empower employees with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed with our services.
