Job Description This role manages a team in a technical environment, with some individual deliveries and is individually accountable for achieving results.
Let's Write Africa's Story Together! Responsible for the management of a unit of technical specialists (mostly role size M) who support the key business objective of improving business operational effectiveness. A key focus of the role is the improvement of business sub-processes by analysis and assisting with the implementation of changes to product and process e.g. legislative or technical changes.
Normal functions pertaining to management apply, but in a technical environment. Team size would be small but would require working with teams across the business. Also responsible for technical deliveries themselves (high level of technical knowledge in relation to scope of work, i.e. process analysis, documentation and redesign). Responsible to deliver on operational projects for business enablement. This is inclusive of the communication of changes. Analysis of area trends, sub-process efficiencies and process best practice. Ensures process flows and procedures are documented in required format. Skills Education Matriculation Certificate (Matric) (Required)
