Technical Support Manager - Energy Storage

Roles and Responsibilities: Be a key member of the GivEnergy SA team, providing expert technical advice pre, during, and post sales process. Assist the customer installation team onsite with commissioning of the BESS system and be the final signoff for commercial systems. Act as the first point of contact for product support requests and technical enquiries. Provide first-time resolution of customer, installer, and colleague queries by phone, email, and live chat to assist with technical and product support issues across all product lines. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Identify and assess the needs of the installer to achieve maximum satisfaction, providing solutions when product malfunctions occur, aiming for a first-time fix. Escalate issues remotely detected in accordance with approved processes and procedures. Handle and resolve complex situations before and after installations (Commercial). Work closely with the contact centre in the UK throughout the sales process and after installations of the product. Minimum Requirements: Electrical engineering diploma with a minimum of 5 years' experience in BESS systems. Job Type: Full-time
