Technical Support Engineer

Minimum 3 years experience in technical solutions and support in industrial automation industry and industrial infrastructure solutions. NQF 6 / 7 - Nat Dip / BTech Engineering: Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation / Mechatronics or similar IT qualifications considered on merit or industry-specific basis. CompTIA: A, N, S CCNA (Cisco) (advantageous) Knowledge of PLC and SCADA. Experienced in providing networking and Reporting (advantage)(Power BI, Fresh Desk, Excel) Some understanding of PoE-based solutions and engineering background.
