The incumbent will be responsible for User Acceptance Testing and ensuring the effective configuration and control.KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:Applying configuration control to all products within the business IE: ATP/UAT/CAB/Manuals/Memos.Ensuring all products meet physical and functional requirements.Ensuring all system changes are identified, controlled, tested and recorded prior to release.Establishing standards to be implemented within the business.Drive the effective handover between CAB Handover and UAT/Training as per the agreed procedures.Mapping of new processes and drafting of new documentation.Statistical reporting on product performance.Evaluate and assess current processes and develop solutions to assist with problem areas.Communicate actively and effectively with stakeholders/clients/business.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:3 years Super User experience.1 year Software testing skills and knowledge.IT Background industry experience (advantageous).Computer literate.Problem-solving attributes.High attention to detail.
