Technical Support Agent Disability Cape Town Our client is seeking a Cape Town based Technical Support Agent in their Technical Support Department with previous Technical Contact Centre experience.
Must be able to work shifts.
Position Type: PermanentDisability: Only candidates with a disability will be considered for the role.
Must provide proof of your disability.Salary: Market Related CTC (Include Provident fund and Medical aid)Shifts – On rotation: 8am to 5pm (Office based)12:00 to 9pm (Office based)5pm to 2am (Work from home) Minimum Requirements:Grade 12English, with a second and/or third language would be advantageousTechnical troubleshooting experienceCall/Contact centre experienceMust be able to work shiftsEffective management of customer faults and queries Please apply online.
