Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Supervisor to oversee the successful delivery of projects and services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, customer service, and technical services. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of service delivery, including project planning, implementation, monitoring, and quality assurance.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgetsEnsure projects are completed on time and within budgetEnsure that Project and Service SHEQ requirements in terms of standard legislative requirements are adhered to at all times.Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and expectationsProvide regular updates on project progress to senior management and clientsIdentify and address any potential risks or roadblocks in project deliveryMonitor and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure high client satisfactionDevelop and implement service improvement initiatives based on client feedbackCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery and service excellenceStay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in service delivery and project managementQualifications: Project management qualificationAt least 5 years of experience in project management and service deliveryProven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budgetExperience managing cross-functional teams and working with clientsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in project management tools and softwarePMP certification or similar project management certification is preferredSkills and Attributes: Business / Project Financial AcumenStrong written and verbal communication skillsVery good presentation skillsDrive for resultsAbility to communicate at all levelsDevelops and Inspires OthersBalances Immediate and Long-Term PrioritiesStrong administration skillsManaging DiversityVery good planning skillsTime managementWe reserve the right not to make an appointment to any advertised position.
