Technical Seo Specialist

We are looking for a technical search engine optimisation (SEO) specialist with a good working knowledge of search engines and their ranking factors, as well as a proven history of implementing relevant SEO-related solutions. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in technical SEO, alongside a good working knowledge of web development technologies, and a track record of implementing successful strategies to optimize website infrastructure and improve search engine rankings.Responsibilities:Track, report, and analyse website analytics.Assess and optimise website content to match SEO best practices.Meeting with clients to discuss performance against targets, and propose solutions.Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve organic performance for clients.Perform ongoing keyword research and optimisation.Research and implement SEO solutions.Research and analyse competitors and their strategies to help inform direction.Develop and implement link building strategies.Work with software development teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed code.Aid in the development of SEO functionality for in-house products.Grow our SEO offering as a function of marketing.Work with marketing teams to drive SEO in content creation.Skills:Good working knowledge of web development and best practices.Knowledge of SEO ranking factors and search engine algorithms.Knowledge of technical SEO aspects and their importance is advantageous.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years experience in SEO is advantageous.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO.Relevant SEO certifications are advantageous.Proven experience in working on SEO projects.Experience with website analytics tools.
