We are seeking a Technical Sales Support Pyro to join our Technical Support Team in Centurion, Gauteng. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical solutions to support customer needs and issues related to products defined and the support of the more complex technical scopes of proposals.
This role is pivotal in aligning the Global Product Line specialists with the Market Area (MA) and customer needs. Essentially, the Technical Sales Support role works with the Sales Area to effectively deliver a seamless experience that meets the customer's needs, thus supporting the sales team to enhance and build relationships with the downstream effect on sales realization.
This position reports to the Head of Technical Sales Support – Services.
