Job & Company Description: As a Technical Sales Support Engineer at our client, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between their technical offerings and customers' needs. You will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, assist in customer presentations, and ensure seamless communication between their technical and sales departments. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions. Provide pre-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, technical presentations, and answering technical queries. Assist in the preparation of proposals, quotes, and RFP/RFQ responses with accurate technical information. Conduct product training for the sales team to enhance their technical knowledge and selling capabilities. Develop strong relationships with key customers, addressing their technical concerns and ensuring their needs are met. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and engage with potential customers. Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies to provide informed insights to the sales team. Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or equivalent practical experience. 2-3 years of experience in a technical sales support or similar role within the engineering. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Customer-focused with a proactive attitude to problem-solving. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
