Job duties: Internal Sales Coverage: Independently manage internal sales, including handling counter sales, taking telephonic orders, and processing customer orders in person, particularly when the Internal Sales Representative is absent.Training Leadership: Lead training sessions for customers both on-site and at customer premises, demonstrating product knowledge effectively after three months of employment.Customer Visits: Visit a specified number of customers weekly, spending 90% of the time out of the office to engage with existing clients and explore new markets.Reporting: Submit weekly and monthly reports on customer visits and maintain Excel spreadsheets tracking regional activities.Event Participation: Represent the company at regional exhibitions and shows, such as Nampo in Bothaville and similar events in Cape Town and surrounding areas.Business Travel: Be willing to stay overnight for business trips to remote areas, typically required every two months.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement basic strategies to enhance the companys position in the market.Deal Closing and Relationship Building: Focus on closing sales deals, not just processing orders, while building and maintaining strong business relationships.Independent Work: Demonstrate trustworthiness and the ability to work independently, with support available as needed from backup staff.Effective Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and internal staff.
