Technical Sales Representative - Jhb

Who are we: A well-established food and beverage manufacturing company.
Who are we looking for: Technical Sales Representative with a solid 3-4 years food/ Ingredients technical background and experience in sales, preferably in food manufacturing.
What will you do:
Compile weekly statistics to measure performanceImplement and / or discuss measures to improve volumes and or / profitabilityReport regularly (weekly and monthly) on area sales performancePlan and record customer visits ensuring that regular contact and communication is maintained through business reviewsMonitor and report back on competitor activitiesManage customer pricing and RTMBuild and maintain sound business relationships with all parties through regular interactionCommunicate effectively and efficiently with customers at various levels as well as all stakeholdersProvide technical support to customersCommunicate regularly with warehouse staff to ensure proper amd prompt processing of customer claimsAssist customers with development of products with the view to actively promote the brand
