Job Description: We seek a results-driven Sales Representative with experience in the Business, Construction, and Engineering sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business and building strong client relationships.
As a Sales Representative, you will identify business opportunities, present our services, and close deals that align with our strategic goals.
A working knowledge of instrumentation, electrical and mechanical services, and boiler maintenance is essential.
Familiarity with the Mpumalanga and Limpopo provinces is also required.
Preference will be given to male candidates between the ages of 28 and 35.
Requirements Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction and engineering sectors.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our services and products, providing technical assistance and guidance to clients.
Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of tender procedures.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals.
Reporting: Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
Qualifications: A diploma in Business, Engineering, Construction, or a related field is preferable; a degree is advantageous.
1+ years of sales experience, ideally in construction or engineering.
Strong understanding of construction and engineering products, services, and market dynamics.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preference will be given to Tshivenda and Tsonga-speaking candidates.
Valid driver's license (own vehicle preferable).
