Job ResponsibilitiesManaging a portfolio of specialty and commodity raw materialsProvide forecasts and budgets for each customer portfolioAchieve budget year on yearGrow customer base year on year in terms of volume, revenue, and marginsManage a portfolio of key account customersEnsure a healthy working platform in line with division and company objectivesEnsure materialization of working platformEnsure visit reports and customer details are entered and updated into the CRM system or similarPrice negotiations at senior levelsPromotion of company products and imageMeet tight deadlines across the businessNew business development together with Product and Technical managersTechnical presentations at customer's new product launches, ensuring appropriate joint callsUnderstand and react to changes within the Personal Care and Homecare marketsResponsible for forecasting on a monthly basisContinuously search for opportunities within the marketEnsure market data is relevant and updated - market intelligence12 month and 24 month budgetingAssist the sales team with technical briefs and new product developmentDistribute price increases to all customers under the respective employee's portfolioPresent business including market and product information to the BU teamEnsure customers are serviced according to their needs (pricing, communication, stock availability)Work with all support functions (customer care, finance, technical) to ensure smooth operation of the businessCustomer relationship managementWork with relevant team members to effectively manage stock requirements based on customer informationIntervene where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction
