Technical Sales Representative

A well-established company has an exciting opportunity for you as a Technical Pneumatic Sales Representative based in Cape Town.
We are looking for a talented, committed, and dynamic individual who thrives in a high-paced work environment.
Duties & Responsibilities: Engage with new and existing customers to assess their needs and effectively demonstrate how our products and services can address those needs.
Drive sales growth through customer, industry, and product diversification to meet targets and expand market share.
Conduct site visits to assist customers in selecting the appropriate products based on their needs, specifications, and relevant regulations.
Highlight product features by analysing customer requirements and leveraging technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
Monitor market conditions, product mixes, and competition to create effective strategies within your sales area.
Prepare and present reports at weekly sales meetings.
Assist in quarterly stock takes, including preparation leading up to stock counts.
Ensure customer feedback is collected and communicated accurately and promptly.
Handle customer inquiries to provide timely and accurate quotes.
Maintain meticulous records of customer follow-ups, providing feedback to management.
Stay updated on product knowledge through studying new descriptions and participating in on-the-job training.
Requirements Minimum Qualification: National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).
Experience in pneumatic field.
Valid Code B drivers' licence.
Computer Literacy: Intermediate MS Excel and Sage Pastel.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Self-driven with initiative and a deadline-driven mindset.
Manufacturing Industry experience incl.
Technical Product and Solutions knowledge
