Then this job is for you!We're seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Representative.Main Job Objectives:To grow and maintain the customer base to achieve targets set and provide great service to our customers based on technical competence and a passion for excellence.Ideal Competencies, Skills & Knowledge:Proven ability to achieve sales targetsUnderstanding customer requirements to ensure suitable solutions are proposedSelf-driven & energeticOrganized and structured with good time management (daily/weekly feedback of calls)Excellent communication skills having the ability to converse and interact at all levelsMinimum 3 years sales experience preferably in the road transport industry or with high value capital assetsKey Responsibilities:Solution selling of truck bodies & trailersService existing customers and grow the existing customer base (large fleet owners; truck dealers)Preparation of quotations and costingsPreparation of weight distributions using Transolve softwarePreparation of job sheets & specification sheets for new ordersHandling of communication & progress reports for new ordersProfessional handover of new vehiclesProvide solutions & technical support to customersHandling & resolving of customer complaintsPlan and conduct visits to outlying areas from time to timePrepare a weekly call plan of activities planned to maximize sales effectivenessPrepare status reports including sales calls & progress reports on activitiesA competitive package including basic salary, commission, car allowance, and provident fund is available.
