Minimum requirements for the role:Must have a B. Sc.
agricultural degree with majors in either Horticulture, Plant Pathology, Entomology, or AgronomyMinimum 3 years experience within the relevant industryCroplife SA /AVCASA certification on the Basic Crop Protection Course is essentialMust have technical marketing and sales experience within the South African agricultural industryExperience with biological solutions is advantageousExceptional ability to influence and lead change in Integrated Crop Protection Management ProgramsProficiency in AfrikaansThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Marketing biological solutions to enhance sustainable agricultural practices.Providing expert technical support to distribution partners and growers.Integrating and influencing change in existing Integrated Crop Protection Management Programs.Promoting the company's mission of ensuring sustainable farming and farming philosophy.Please note that subsequent to the screening and shortlisting process, all further communication will be entered into, only with the shortlisted candidate
