TECHNICAL SALES MANAGERWestern -, Northern - or Eastern CapeIntrolab, a leader in agricultural innovation and production of biostimulants and plant nutrition products seeks a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to mainly operate in Western -, Northern - and Eastern Cape to drive regional sales operations, promote sales growth, and provide stakeholder support.
Use your technical expertise and leadership to promote solutions, build relationships, and contribute to Introlab's success.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a strategic sales and marketing plan for the area.Manage sales forecasts, budgets, and pricing strategies.Build relationships with stakeholders, including agents, farmers, and distributors.Provide technical support on crop production and related solutions.Investigate and resolve product complaints.Coordinate product training, promotions, and marketing initiatives.Assist with research trials and identify new market opportunities.Collaborate with the marketing team to create technical content.Travel extensively within the designated area and nationwide as needed.QualificationsDegree in Plant, Soil, or Agricultural Sciences.BASOS and AVCASA certification (mandatory) or able to obtain within one year.Additional training in financial management, administration, or marketing is a plus.Experience5 years of practical experience in commercial agriculture.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.Be able to build andfoster excellent relations with all stakeholdersHands-on experience with crop production and application of registered productsAdvanced computer literacy and presentation skills.Fluent in Afrikaans and English.Send your CV detailing your experience and qualifications for the role to ****** by latest 31 January 2025.
