Position Overview Our client, a forward-thinking and solutions-driven company specializing in sustainable bio-solutions, is seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Manager to lead their operations in the Free State and North West provinces.
This role requires a driven individual with exceptional leadership skills, technical sales expertise and the ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships.
Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales operations across the Free State and North West provincesOversee and guide other Sales Managers in the region, ensuring alignment with company goalsDrive business development and client acquisition effortsManage sales and product development strategies within the regionTake responsibility for sales to assigned clients, ensuring targets are metDevelop and implement strategic initiatives to grow market share and establish sustainable business relationshipsAssume full ownership of the region's performance and developmentRequirements Essential Skills and Experience: Proven sales and marketing experience with a strong focus on customer service.Relationship-driven approach with the ability to partner with clients as a trusted advisor.Technical sales experience, preferably within the agricultural sector.Strong leadership and managerial skills to inspire and guide the team.Excellent business acumen and the ability to make data-driven decisions.A positive attitude and solution-driven mindset.Ability to multitask and work collaboratively across disciplines.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the agriculture industryWhat Our Client Offer Competitive salary package: R50,000 – R70,000 per monthAdditional benefits: fuel, cellphone, travel, and accommodation allowancesAttractive commission structure on area sales and personal salesAn opportunity to grow within a company committed to achieving its vision and supporting its employees' strengthsWork Culture Our client values collaboration, innovation and sustainable growth.
