Technical Sales Intern

We are looking to fulfill a full-time Intern position for the role of a Technical Sales Intern. This calls for a technically strong individual to meet with customers and support them with products and service offerings that will ensure longevity of their equipment and improve plant efficiencies. The successful candidate will focus on working with existing and building a new client base of customers in the Durban area.

Requirements Studying towards a Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering - N5 Willing to gain knowledge about sales of industry-related products. Code 8 License advantageous. Own laptop will be an added advantage. The successful candidate will be exposed to the following: Hands-on training - Learn how to apply engineering principles to real-world scenarios. Exposure to industry standards - Hygiene, safety, quality, and environmental standards. Networking Opportunities – Meet professional engineers and managers. Exposure to Factory Environment. Undergo constant training via an e-learning platform. The above will aid the successful candidate in understanding products and the importance of compliance and learning best practices that they will apply in their role and future careers.
