Technical Sales Engineer

Our client is a leading electrical engineer company that specializes in lighting and surge protection. With a proven track record of excellence and innovation, they are committed to delivering top-quality solutions to our clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential customers through research, networking, and referrals. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products/services. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for generating new leads and expanding the customer base. Keep updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' offerings. Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to the sales manager. Participate in regular sales meetings and training sessions. Qualifications: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably 2-3 years in electrical . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to effectively present and communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent negotiation and closing skills. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
