Technical Sales Assistant - Cape Union Mart - Clearwater

Duties and Responsibilities: Lead the technical team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our omni-channel systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specificationsEnsure that the omni-channel systems are aligned with the company's strategic objectives.Collaborate with other teams to ensure successful integration of software solutionsOversee the integration of various systems to enable a seamless omni-channel experience for customers.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, technical specifications and user guides.Manage team resources and allocate tasks to meet project deadlinesIdentify and mitigate technical risks, including system performance, security, and scalability.Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and recommend solutions that align with the company's strategy.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, software engineering or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership roleAt least 5 years of experience in designing, developing and implementing omni-channel systems.Deep understanding of e-commerce, point of sale, loyalty platforms and related technologiesStrong technical skills in SQL, Java, Python, or other programming languagesExperience with software, database, API design patterns and architecture principlesExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentJob Related Behavioural Competencies.
