Technical Project Manager: Multi-TechnologyA leading renewable energy company committed to providing sustainable and innovative solar energy solutions. With a strong focus on solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) projects, who prides themselves on delivering high-quality projects that contribute to a greener future.They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solar Project Manager with extensive EPC experience to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will oversee the execution of solar projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage subcontractors, and liaise with clients, all while ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of solar EPC projects, including design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, designers, procurement staff, and construction crews.Develop project scopes, schedules, and deliverables in collaboration with internal teams and clients.Manage contracts and relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders.Ensure adherence to all safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle.Identify and mitigate risks and issues impacting project delivery.Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.Communicate regularly with clients, providing progress reports and addressing any concerns or adjustments.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).5+ years of experience in solar project management, specifically in EPC environments.Proven experience managing large-scale solar projects from design to commissioning.Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, design, and construction.Excellent understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Understanding of local and international regulations, standards, and permitting processes related to solar energy.PMP or other project management certifications are a plus.Apply now!
