Introduction: Raid Risk Management is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee technical security projects.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Certification in Project Management or a relevant technical field is preferred.
Proven experience in managing CCTV, offsite monitoring, or other technical security projects from initiation to delivery.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and technical tools.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines, maintaining quality and technical excellence.

Technical Expertise Required:

Installation and commissioning of IP CCTV systems.
Access control systems installation.
Experience with gate motors and electric fencing.
Network configuration, including IP setup and addressing.
Proficiency in working with routers and Portforwarding.
Installation and maintenance of alarm systems (both wired and wireless).
Remote login, fault finding, and configuration for various security systems.
Commissioning and handover of IP CCTV and access control systems to clients.
