Our talented Digital team seeks a seasoned Technical Project Manager to join our PMO and drive multiple digital projects with precision and excellence.Role Overview: We are looking for a methodical and process-driven leader to enhance our digital delivery. You will collaborate with clients and business leads across the globe, product owners, engineering team and quality assurance testers to achieve exceptional project outcomes. You will oversee digital delivery, manage releases, deployments, and lead a diverse team of engineers and QA testers across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and experience working with software development teams. Responsibilities · Manage end-to-end digital delivery process.· Work with the Director of Digital Delivery and Product owner/s to build project plans, scope projects, manage change-control procedures, and ensure budget adherence.· Monitor and communicate project milestones and timelines.· Oversee day-to-day delivery processes with engineers, QA and customers, mitigating risks as they arise.· Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse development team. Analyze, plan, and develop requirements and standards for scheduled projects. Assign and oversee daily tasks of the digital team, ensuring milestone achievement. Collaborate with the development team to design and implement robust software solutions. Chair technical team meetings, technical client meetings and review forums to improve technology. Define clear deliverables, roles, and responsibilities for project staff. Recruit and train exceptional employees to fulfil posted positions within the Digital team.
