Technical Planner

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage the production workflow.- Assess and determine resources, equipment, and materials required for efficient production.- Prepare and submit status and performance reports to track project progress.- Collaborate with quality control, stores, and production teams.- Initiate procurement and manufacturing processes in accordance with approved procedures.- Conduct electrical planning as required.Candidate Requirements:Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management (or other relevant degree).Experience:- 5+ years in production planning, preferably within the aerospace industry.Skills and Knowledge:- Proficiency in Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and ERP systems, ideally EPICOR or SAP (preferred).- In-depth knowledge of production planning principles and quality control.- Experience working with Engineering Bills of Material (EBOM) and Manufacturing Bills of Material (MBOM).- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.- Must have own transport.Non-Negotiable Skills:- Advanced experience with MRP systems.- Knowledge of quality control and production planning principles.- Familiarity with engineering drawings and the ability to create MBOMs from EBOMs.
