Technical Marketing Manager - Lubricants

Minimum requirements for the role:Must have a relevant B.Sc. degree or equivalent qualificationMinimum 5-10 years experience in sales within the related fieldExperience in the sales of raw materials into the Lubricants and Oil industries is essentialFormulation knowledge for these applications is advantageousExcellent communication skills and the ability to compile and present presentations and reportsMust have a valid drivers license and be willing to travel on a national basis when requiredThe successful candidate will be responsible for:Maximizing profitability, controlling working capital, growing the portfolio, and achieving budgetary objectives for the selected product portfolio.Introducing new product ranges, concepts, and applications to the market.Providing technical assistance to customers and colleagues.Constructing a business plan that includes strategies and sales forecasts for annual budgets.Assisting in coordinating sales of products and managing product availability on a national basis.Maintaining customer databases for all allocated customers in the CRM system on an ongoing basis.Managing stock, debtors, and working capital.Obtaining information related to specific market surveys.Please note that subsequent to the screening and shortlisting process, all further communication will be entered into, only with the shortlisted candidates
