Installing, inspecting and repairing of industrial machinery.? Disassembly of machines in order to detect faults.? Inspection of mechanical and electrical equipment as well as buildings, facilities and fixtures as part of maintenance schedules.? Ensure equipment function optimally for production effectiveness.Support? Support Senior Artisan with preventative maintenance.Troubleshooting? Electrical, mechanical and pneumatic fault finding? Conduct and be part of Root Cause Analyses investigations on breakdowns and major failuresRole Accountability:? Accurate performance of responsibilities within timelines? Implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, quality and compliance standards.? Troubleshooting and resolving of problemsDeliverables:? Adherence to SOPs, WI and Procedures for your area.? Ensure by means of planned maintenance that production processes are optimized, overall downtime reduced and operational performance increased.? Senior Artisan, Maintenance Manager, and Section head is notified of equipment downtime.? Root cause of equipment failures conducted Education and Experience? Recognized trade Test? Minimum of 3 years experience in trade Knowledge and skills? Understanding Food Safety standards and compliance requirements? Thorough understanding of electrical, mechanical and process equipmentSalary - Market related
