Technical Manager - Mining

Hire Resolve's client, a mining company based in Gauteng, is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to join their team.
As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical operations in the mining sector, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and driving continuous improvement.
Responsibilities: Manage and lead the technical team in the mining operations Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Implement and maintain technical standards and procedures Oversee the maintenance and repair of mining equipment Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimized use of resources Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve operational efficiency Provide technical guidance and support to the operations team Monitor and report on key technical performance indicators Requirements Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field 8 years' experience in the mining industry 5 years' experience in mineral extraction processes.
3 years' experience in comminution and flotation.
Experience in metallurgy/metalliferous minerals will be advantageous.
