Technical Manager

Job Overview: We seek a skilled Data Centre Maintenance/Technical Manager to oversee critical data center infrastructure maintenance, operation, and reliability.
This includes HVAC systems, electrical supply, and mechanical systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies for power, cooling, and security systems.Manage daily operations, monitoring infrastructure using BMS and DCIM tools to proactively identify risks.Lead and develop a team of technicians, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.Ensure adherence to safety regulations and conduct regular audits to maintain industry compliance.Oversee power systems and HVAC operations to ensure efficient energy usage and system performance.Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, tracking costs and implementing cost-control measures.Foster a culture of continuous improvement through performance monitoring and staff development.Qualifications:B-Tech or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 10 years of relevant engineering experience in maintenance engineering and property management.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP.Competencies:Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on team development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proactive problem-solving and analytical capabilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
