Requirements:BSc (Hons) in Food Science or similarFood Hygiene Training - Level 3 minimumIntermediate/Advanced HACCP certificationMinimum 10 years' experience in FMCGExperience with retort and export customersExtensive knowledge of Food Safety System Audits (BRC & UK-IBL Audit requirements)Proficiency in Allergen ManagementKey Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with internal and external food safety and quality policies and proceduresLead quality and hygiene integrated management systemsDevelop and implement the Quality Management System (QMS) to improve product and service qualityConduct risk assessments for food safetyDrive performance improvement and root cause analysisLiaise effectively with customers and internal teamsDevelop SOPs and related documents, ensuring effectivenessImplement corrective, preventative, and improvement actionsLead and control personnel to achieve objectivesConduct team and individual performance reviewsFoster collaboration and engagement across the organizationDemonstrate personal credibility and responsibility in goal-setting and accountability
