Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Design, plan, and support the implementation of infrastructure solutions, collaborating with internal teams and external cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure).Translate business or product requirements into effective technical solutions, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality outcomes in complex or critical situations.Contribute to project delivery by designing and enhancing infrastructure, systems, and applications to meet organizational needs.Provide technical support and guidance on operating systems and infrastructure components.Assist with the implementation of cloud solutions, working with stakeholders to define operational procedures and post-deployment support.Lead and support bid processes, presentations, and proof of concepts.Ensure the efficient development and deployment of digital products across various platforms.Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal teams, product managers, and business partners to align on technical requirements and solutions.Stay informed about emerging technologies, evaluating their relevance and impact on existing systems and integrations.Develop solution architectures, translating functional requirements into practical designs and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Identify and mitigate risks proactively, ensuring the smooth delivery of business outcomes.Manage relationships with external partners and vendors, ensuring efficient service delivery and integration into internal processes.Collaborate with digital teams to shape product roadmaps and ensure alignment with strategic goals.Incorporate cybersecurity best practices at every stage of solution design and implementation.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or other related technical disciplines.Strong understanding of software development, platform design, and cybersecurity principles.Proven ability to design solutions that meet diverse customer needs, with a focus on delivering business value.Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and vice versa.Familiarity with APIs, SDKs, and industry-standard communication protocols.A keen interest in exploring new technologies to enhance user experience and product development.Experience in the full product lifecycle, from conception to deployment, with a focus on high-usage or high-profile digital products.Knowledge of various digital development disciplines, including user experience, business analysis, UI design, testing, and technology infrastructure.Certifications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.)
or similar certifications are a plus.Experience with smart building technologies or digital infrastructure is a bonus.Experience in industries such as insurance, finance, or other regulated sectors is advantageous but not essential.Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.A problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams.Job Type: TemporaryContract length: 12 monthsApplication Deadline: 2024/12/20Expected Start Date: 2025/01/13
