2?Aftersales training planning and management, include service advisor.
3?Build local road assistant policy and confirm the strategy.
4?Build local call center with supplier and work on CSI, provide improvement action to management.
5?Customer care and service campaign planning and management.
6?Responsible for working on new preducts launch readiness.
7?Responsible for Service marketing activity.
