Attentively seeking ways to improve on current methods, systems, keeping abreast with the latest developments and providing technical advice on best practices. Manage teams of fertilizer (nutrition), irrigation and scout (pest control) specialists. Qualifications: BSc Agricultural Degree At least 10 years' experience with applied knowledge within a similar position with proven record of experience as per above duties and responsibilities. Valid SA driver's licence Willing to travel within Limpopo province and adapt to changing working hours as per operational requirements. Strong analytical and attention to detail Critical thinking Problem-solving Ability to work independently.
