Technical Lead: Energy EngineeringAn Agritalent client, a leading agribusiness, seeks a Technical Lead: Energy Engineering.Duties & ResponsibilitiesEnergy Efficiency & SustainabilityEvaluating electrical consumption patterns and identifying opportunities to enhance energy efficiency.Recommending and implementing energy-saving initiatives, such as variable frequency drives and energy-efficient lighting.Assessing the feasibility of renewable energy solutions, such as solar panels or wind turbines, to support sustainability goals.Collaborating with the sustainability team to integrate electrical solutions that reduce the company's carbon footprint.Monitoring and analysing energy usage data to track the effectiveness of implemented initiatives.Providing reports and recommendations for continuous improvement in energy management practices.Renewable EnergySupport the development and implementation of renewable energy projects, such as solar power systems, wind turbines, or biomass energy systems.Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulations for renewable energy installations.Assist in conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for renewable energy projects.Monitor and maintain renewable energy systems, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.Assist in the integration of renewable energy systems into existing electrical infrastructure.Desired Experience & Qualification3 - 5 years experience working as a B.Tech Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
