You will be responsible for providing technical services to various Facilities Management contracts and projects.
Responsible to run, manage, operate, and control these services.
Manage staff, resources, and infrastructure.
Ensure cost control, budgeting and profitability.
Ensure quality of product.
Grow and develop the technical services division Responsibilities Develop and manage robust strategy and annual plans for the contractEnsure optimal structure and management of the contract to enhance operational efficiencyImplement continuous improvement initiatives for contract longevity and customer relationshipApply best practice frameworks aligned with the company quality policyConduct regular reviews of processes, procedures, and plans; submit accurate and timely reportsManage SLA compliance, governance, and performance reporting to clientsDevelop market knowledge and inform AFMS of growth opportunitiesAnalyze markets, industry trends, competitors, and clients for strategic planningDevelop and implement strategies to secure new business and identify future servicesCreate high-standard tender documentsSupport executive management in setting vision, strategic roadmap, and business plansEvaluate technologies for sustainability and innovationPlan industrialization and commercialization of technology innovationsDefine and implement effective organizational and operational structuresMaintain links with external professional bodies and standards organizationsAdvise on high-risk, high-return technologies for existing or new businessMonitor and assess new technologies for potential product or service developmentOversee research project selection and implement technical service proceduresAct as a technical consultant and develop client partnerships Requirements: Grade 12PR Eng or BTech in a technical disciplineMinimum 5-10 years of technical experience in facilities managementEnhanced knowledge of air conditioning maintenanceExpertise in electrical maintenance and proceduresFamiliarity with equipment and machineryUnderstanding of OHSA codes and health and safety proceduresKnowledge of ISO 9000, ISO 14000, and ISO 18001 standardsProficiency in technical drawingComputer literateGood understanding of the Labour Relations Act and HR policies and proceduresKnowledge of BBBEE requirements Contact Hire Resolve today for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
