Requirements:Technical knowledge and experience of flexible packaging technology.Existing relationships with potential clients.Passion for continuous learning.Ability to deal with technical issues in terms of packaging and packing line performance.Team player.Verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office.Ability to multitask and work well under pressure with a structured approach. Responsibilities:Understand the client; their market, their challenges, their opportunities and identify where we can add value.Develop a strategic partner and advisory relationship with clients.Gain a comprehensive technical understanding of our range of products.Assist in developing a sales strategy and setting of budgets.Execute the sales strategy to the benefit of all stakeholders.Enable the delivery of exceptional service, quality and products by our team.Maintain sustainable relationships with clients and ensure high client satisfaction.Manage projects effectively.Assist in the conclusion of client SLAs.Represent the company at trade shows and various marketing opportunities.
