Responsibilities :You will develop robust business plans to maximize the value of the mineral resourcesLead and Direct the Companys Technical functionsLead senior managers attending to mine optimization, mining, processing, smelting, technical services and the application of technologiesStakeholder managementManage Reporting and Governance for your area of responsibilityEnsure financial integrity Implement the HSEQ plan for the Business RequirementsProfessional Qualification in Mining Engineering degree or diploma2-3 years experience as a member of an Executive Committee in Mining Knowledge of Mining legislation and good practicesCorporate Governance principlesExperience across different mining environments / methodologies & Mining Methods (end-to-end) including Advanced technology & mining optimizationKnowledge of Mine Technical Systems including Geology, Geohydrology, Mine Ventilation, Mine Planning, Mine Planning Systems, Geotechnical Engineering, Survey and Survey Systems, Assaying and Grade Control Strategic planning Open Pit and underground Mining and Mining Methods.
