Technical CapabilitiesImplements technical solutions, and interacts with presales personnel to complete the conversion of technical solutions into implementation solutions. Understand the comprehensive technical solution, break it down to each technical team task, and control the overall progress and implementation. Be capable of managing project technical risk identification and coping with key delivery risks and problems.Management CapabilitiesExperience in technical management teams, capability of building organizational structures, resource allocation, responsibility definition, and work process building, and capability of formulating team appraisal mechanisms.Communication CapabilitiesHave high-level reporting experience, identify key customers, respond to and follow up customer problems in a timely manner, and maintain customer relationships.Operation CapabilitiesHave experience in dedicated service sales POs, and guide customers to obtain service sales through the network.Assistance CapabilitiesHave experience in working with engineering teams and pre-sales teams, understand the work interface of each team, and be capable of effective communication between teams.Reporting CapabilityHave the technical delivery reporting capability, prepare reporting materials, and have a strong logical thinking of problem handling.
