Take ownership of building a secure, scalable SaaS data platform in a regulated environment, ensuring our client meets SOC and ISO 27001 standards. Set the architectural foundation, bring the initial product to life, and shape the future of the team as our client grows. Partner closely with the co-founder on hands-on development, selecting the right tech stack, and making impactful architectural choices. Lead development with a focus on quality, establishing best practices for testing and integrating CI/CD pipelines to keep us agile. Balance immediate needs with future growth, making thoughtful technical trade-offs to keep the platform on the cutting edge of data technology. What you need: 5+ years in data platform development, with a track record of building and deploying scalable SaaS applications. Strong problem-solving skills across various tech challenges. Proven experience delivering high-quality software in agile team settings. Hands-on experience in ETL, data modelling, and pipeline development, with skills in database design across multiple technologies.
