Your Role at Quantanite:As a Technical Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our technical operations and ensuring seamless service delivery to our clients.
You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting technical systems, providing technical support to internal teams, and contributing to the implementation of technical projects.
Key Responsibilities: Technical Support:Provide first-line technical support to internal teams and clients, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems as needed.System Maintenance:Monitor and maintain technical systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides.Project Assistance:Assist in the implementation of technical projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.Training:Conduct training sessions for end-users on new systems or technologies as required.Collaboration:Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and project management to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
What We're Looking For: Education:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.Experience:Proven experience in a technical support role or similar capacity.
Familiarity with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.Technical Skills:Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), network protocols, and familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure) is advantageous.Communication:Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Team Player:Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment and across departments.
