RS Recruitment Services is assisting a well-established organisation in the EXPORT & DISTRIBUTION INDUSTRY to recruit a TECHNICAL CONTROLLER to be based at their offices in RICHARDS BAY. Up to R810 000 per annum, including benefits. OUR CLIENT, THE SINGLE LARGEST OF ITS KIND IN THE WORLD, HAS BEEN A WORLD-CLASS EXPORT TERMINAL SINCE 1976. Purpose of the Position The TECHNICAL CONTROLLER will provide a comprehensive technical control service to the stores department and thus ensuring serviceability of all engineering maintenance spares. The ideal candidate should have/be the following: Matric.N6.Trade tested, qualified Artisan.About 10 years relevant experience in the private sector.M.S Office suite.SAP knowledge or similar.Code 8 drivers licence. Key responsibilities, but not limited to: Maintenance of material master data.Inspection of receipts to ensure compliance.Maintenance of stock as per maintenance schedule.Maintenance and control of rotable process.Any other supplementary duties to carry out task of Technical Controller.
